Link instantly from any web-based MLS to IMAPP’s tax and mapping data. IMAPP features one-click Auto Comps and Auto Property Valuations, which incorporate all recorded property sales and MLS solds. IMAPP is customized to the specifications of each Realtor® organization to meet regional market needs.

IMAPP is accessed directly from your MLS. The opening screen displays tax record information and an interactive parcel map. A red house identifies the subject property. A left click on any other property refreshes the page placing the red house on the new parcel and displaying the corresponding tax record information. MLS icons (signs) identify MLS activity on surrounding parcels.

IMAPP instantly calculates Comparable Tax Record and MLS Sales from the prior year for your subject property. Subject property and Comparables are numbered and plotted on street and/or parcel maps. Comparable Sales are listed under Comparable Properties. Edit Comparison Criteria to adjust the number of Sales retrieved and click “Update Criteria”. This instantly recalculates all Comparable Sales and provides the end user with Statistics of Sales and a projected Sales Price based on the Value Ratios and Cost per Square Foot.

Auto Pop Service:

IMAPP's Auto Pop Service automatically updates MLS listing profile forms with relevant tax info, eliminating manual entry of property characteristics. After members enter required listing information, the IMAPP server populates appropriate tax record fields, ensuring current, accurate data.
