ICHECK Version 3.0

IMAPP is pleased to announce the release of ICHECK Version 3.0.

This will be a complimentary upgrade for all of our existing clients, included in standard features for all new systems and another reason why ICHECK is the nations leading provider of MLS Data Verification!


Following is a list of the new features:

  • Error Progression - Extends the current single warning and fine notice levels to multiple custom Warning and Fine notification levels per Error
  • Agent Progression - Extends the current single warning and fine notice levels to multiple custom Warning and Fine notification levels per Agent
  • Template Manager - Progression support for Merge Fields allowing custom messages per level – ie different Fine Amount per level or any custom message
  • The Report Filter in Warnings tab has been added to Corrections & Fines tab
  • Additional Column Sorting like Notification (Letter, Email), Status (Correction, Excused, FalsePos)

IMAPP’s MLS data validation software, ICHECK, provides REALTOR® Associations and Multiple Listing Services a means to verify data accuracy of MLS listings, ensuring their quality and reliability. ICHECK is tailored to the needs of each Association or MLS, applying their specific rules and regulations against selected data fields. Relevant violation data is saved for statistical analysis and fine collection; member and broker notification may be by email and/or letter and may include a copy of the erroneous field, the applicable Rule/Regulation and count of violations.

ICHECK is an automated process that verifies the integrity of MLS listing by ensuring all listings are in compliance with the Realtor® Associations rules and regulations.

ICHECK’s goal is to lower operating expenses and increase profits with software tools to ensure accurate and reliable MLS data.

Agent Reported

Agent Reported is a Member Reported Violation Management System

Agent Reported provides REALTOR® Associations and MLS’s with an automated process to handle member reported MLS Violations and Data Errors.

Member’s reports are processed automatically and stored in a database. A daily report is generated for the MLS Staff summarizing each report. Auto responders can notify members by email and/or letter and may include a copy of the erroneous field, the applicable Rule/Regulation and count of violations in the prior 12 months.
