Yesterday, CoStar filed for a DECLARATORY JUDGMENT COMPLAINT FOR NON-INFRINGEMENT AND INVALIDITY AGAINST CIVIX-DDI, LLC. Demanding a Jury Trial too, though I doubt it will make it that far.
It’s an interesting read and there is a lot of allegations that need to be sorted through but I’d say this is the final nail in the CIVIX coffin.
Good riddance to a sad bunch of trolls that never, ever created anything close to resembling a functioning business model other than one of intimidation and disruption.
